MYSPACE resurfaces!!! Here is an article about MYSPACE! According to MYSPACE , it's not in the social networking business anymore. The new MYSPACE is about " social entertainment destination". MYSPACE CEO Mike Jones, says that MYSPACE is no longer interested in competing with FACEBOOK, but instead they believe themselves to be complementary to FB, YOU TUBE and YAHOO and other social sites. Hmmm, to me that sounds like a mighty good repositioning tactic that they are applying in respect to their competition. MYSPACE has failed as a social media site and after licking their wounds, they seem to be choosing to identify themselves now as THE social music network. Comparing themselves to YOU TUBE - i don't think so ... and honestly, i don't know even why they put YAHOO into the mix. As far as i am concerned MYSPACE is dead unless you are in the music business, but even still - your best bet, as a musician is YOU TUBE.
